Van Pricing & Requirements
What is the food minimum?
Starting at $600 + tax, varies by county.
How much is the deposit to reserve my date?
25% of the event total is required to reserve your date (applied to event cost).
When is final payment due?
Due 10 days before the event.
What is your refund policy?
Deposit refundable if cancelled at least 1 week before the event.
What are the van dimensions and setup requirements?
Exterior dimensions (approx.): length ~219.9 in (5.58 m); width without mirrors 81.3 in (2.06 m); width with mirrors ~97.4 in (2.47 m); height 83–84 in (2.11 m); wheelbase 130 in (3.30 m). The van is fully self-sufficient. Onsite setup requires a 12 ft × 12 ft service area at your venue.
Are milkshakes available for catering?
Milkshakes are currently only available at commercial event spaces with freezer space and electrical hookups.
